Spec's and instruction provided by client.
Fabricate rear Tail boards / removable in three sections / 750 mm high.
secure Tail boards with chain and D shekels.
Fabricate new side loading pins / weld chain to pins and secure to truck with D shekels.
Remove rust corrosion on the front headboard / prime with rust block and paint white.
Clean up the sides of the load-body and paint white.
Straighten three sets of steps and paint yellow.
Paint hand grab rail yellow and handles on the headboard.
Paint yellow safety strip along both lengths of the tray.
Secure timber to the load-body.
Walk around the completed truck.

Repair the cut-out in the headboard / fill in with tube and mesh
Paint white.
Straighten damaged steps.
Paint all steps around the truck yellow.
Weld cracked step and tie-rail.
Paint yellow safety lines along the length of the tray.
Bright yellow 100 mm wide on each side.
Fabricate rear Tail-board.
Made up of three equal sections.
Use existing pin holes in load tray to mount Tail-board.
Drill out and clean-up internal diameter to fit new pins.
Turn new pins on the lathe and fit to rear of tray.
Weld pins to Tailboards and fill with Expamet WK2517.
Completed panels before paint.
Pins welded into place.
Opening to remove and replace the Tailboards added.
Painted and fitted to the tray.
Tail-board securing chain and shekels.
