Center housing, and this tells a story!
This engine was flooded at some stage! But with what?
Well the corroded impression of the rotor and the brown stain at the bottom end of the housing suggest coolant or water ingression at some point in time.
Badly scored rotor casings, now scrap for two reasons.
1) Apex seals let go and left their signature all over the casing
2) Heat seizure caused by the lack of lubrication, that is right, no pre-mixed fuel in the gas tank. OH now we Remember this is a glorified 2 stroke engine
Rotor and casing , await the scrap steel bin.
Damage to top of rotor, broken apex seal.
