Top 10 DIY Projects to build.

1. Motorized La-Z-boy

62-year-old Dennis Le-Roy Anderson had it made; his lawnmower-powered La-Z-Boy came equipped with both boombox and cup-holders. The ladies loved him.

Here is another great example.

The leopard-print Casual Lofa is precisely that. In fact, it holds its own against plenty of other, decidedly less couchy vehicles on the road -- with a top speed of 87 mph, it is a former record holder for being the fastest piece of furniture in existence.
Much to the chagrin of law enforcement -- and despite boasting features such as a pizza pan steering wheel, a chocolate bar to change gears, indicators in two flowerpots, a speedometer inside a clock and a working television -- the Casual Lofa is a completely street legal, registered vehicle. Not that it's likely to stop you from getting pulled over -- the vehicle's builder has been stopped by the police as many as 12 times within a single day.

2. Riot Wheel.

What is the RIOT Wheel? It's an 1100lb motorized single-wheel vehicle, with
the driver in front. Why, what does it
look like?

Not a very fast mode of fun, but definitely one that will entertain for hours.

Check the two clips out below, these guy's really know their machines.

3. Engine Powered Caravan.

This would not only be a great deal of fun to drive around, but also be fun to build.
There will be little space problems, as there is a whole caravan that can be used as under bonnet space.
Also if you are addicted to popping wheelies, like I am, well  a drive in this girl will satisfy a week's worth of craving.
Wonder if this can be engineered and made street legal here in Australia!

4.  Mono Wheel - Mono-cycle.

For Kerry McLean it all started with the first mono-cycle he built in 1971 and after his first ride he was smitten with the bug to make it better. Kerry has been building his unique mono-cycles ever since then and he continues to refine his creation with each new model. Kerry has developed and sold numerous versions of his mono-wheel, the smallest which is powered by a 5 hp Briggs lawn mower engine and his largest model is powered by a Buick V8 engine!

5. Jet Bicycle.

Why not put a massive pulse jet on the most rubbish bike to hand seems a cracking idea to me HAHAHA

6. Chain Saw Motor Cycle.

Check out this chap starting up the bike!

7.  V8 Powered Chain Saw.

Just one of the many cool things seen at Logging Days in Placerville California.
And just to clarify, this chainsaw holds the world record for cutting a log in 0.88 seconds, BUT the runs you see in this video are approximately 2 seconds long,

V8 Powered Hot Saws cut through a 30 inch log in less than two seconds!

8.  Massive Street Legal Trike.

This is an insane motorcycle trike hot rod. Custom built with 1200 HP, custom built suspension, the works. Check it out! This motorcycle trike is also known as a chopper trike.

9.  Unstoppable ATV

10. Truck Styled Hot Rod.

While I was at SEMA 2009 a captured a video of Piss'd Off Pete's engine being revved up in front of a huge SEMA crowd just down from the Autogeek.net booth.
