This is becoming a fairly common problem with these vehicles as the years tick by now. Usually not easy to spot as this part is hidden on the RHS of the engine, just below the cylinder head.
The most common cause is the O rings that get old, hard, and flat. Well just replace them old boy!!!
Yes, that is easier said than done. Depending on the leak you might not have to remove the entite fuel cooler. Just loosen the mounting bracket and go from there. We have found that removing the entire unit is the best way to repair and also the safest.

If one looks carefully, you will notice the O ring has gone flat. This along with the pressure of the cooling system and all the vibration causes the leaking.
